Technical Requirement

All ESGU training is provided via the internet and the learner is expected to have access to the following:

• Computer laptop/workstation running Microsoft operating system XP/2000/Vista
• Computer processor speed equal to or above 1 GHz
• Computer memory capacity equal to or above 1 Gigabyte of RAM
• Personal email address

• Internet Explorer version 7 or higher
• High speed connectivity to the WWW
• Adobe Flash Player Version 9 or higher
• Audio capability and speakers or a headset
